Technical Report: Power Optimization for MV DE MI
Following reports of main engine power loss and high exhaust gas temperatures, ANSAC's specialized in-house engineers mobilized to execute an integrated overhaul of the propulsion plant on MV DE MI[cite: 104, 107].

- Guangzhou 6320ZC Main Engine Overhaul: Replacements of wearing parts, intake/exhaust valve clearance adjustment, and cylinder head seat grinding[cite: 107].
- TPL 67 Turbocharger Overhaul: Complete dismantling of the turbine and compressor wheels, chemical/sand-blast decarbonization, high-speed bearing replacement, and dynamic balancing of the rotor assembly[cite: 107].
- Air Cooler Maintenance: Chemical descaling of seawater tubes and pressure leak-testing to optimize air charging temperature and density[cite: 107].
Project Milestones:
The turbocharger performance stabilized with zero vibration. Black smoke and exhaust temperature anomalies were completely resolved, allowing the vessel to safely resume its logistics schedule on time[cite: 107].
